  • No refunds once digital content has been downloaded

  • The provision of non-tangible digital content is exempt from cancellation rights once delivery has begun

3.1 ClickUp Implementation, AI Assessments, and SEO Services

  • Services are considered “custom” or “personalized” and are exempt from standard cancellation rights
  • Cancellation possible within 1 hour of booking if work hasn’t commenced
  • No refunds once work has begun, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
  • Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete multi-phase projects at our discretion

3.2 Service Cancellation Timeframes

  • Within 1 hour of placing order: Full refund possible
  • Between 1 hour and 14 days: Subject to work commenced
  • After 14 days: No cancellation right

4. Cancellation Exemptions
